Ruffled diaper covers have 3 rows of decorative ruffles across the back, an elastic waist and elastic leg openings.  Ruffled fabric patterns may vary slightly depending on availability. 

All of my seams, ruffle edges and hems are serged to prevent fraying. Fabric is a polyester/cotton blend, machine washable, tumble dry low.  Diaper Covers are made by me from a smoke free home.
